Domestic abuse is unacceptable in any situation, no matter what stresses you are under.
For anyone who feels they are at risk of abuse, it is important to remember that there is help and support available to you.

Call 999 if your life is in danger and you need immediate help.

You can use the silent solution, 

1)       Dial 999

2)       Listen to the questions

3)       Respond by coughing or tapping the headset if you can't easily speak

4)       If prompted - press 55 - and you will be put through to the police

The Safe2speak Domestic Abuse Service is free to any resident of St.Helens who is a victim of domestic abuse,whatever your living situation.
